The location was good for exploring this fairly quiet area, just next door to Glasgow and Edinburgh, so close to the shops, and motorway for Edinburgh. The breakfast was hearty and enjoyable with served by Sandy and attention to detail.

Cozy room, delicious breakfast, with a private parking area that added convenience for our travels and a location, made it easy to explore nearby attractions like Stirling Castle and the Kelpies.

Couldn't ask for more.

The bathroom space is quite tight and could use some improvement!!! Lack of a lounge area feels limiting for socializing during the evening!!! The noise from traffic can be bothersome during the day!!!

Spacious ensuite rooms with comfy beds. Private parking at the rear is convenient. Excellent location for exploring nearby attractions like the Falkirk Wheel and Stirling Castle.

No lounge or common area to relax or socialize. Some bathrooms could get chilly, lacking adequate heating, and general cleanliness could be improved. Traffic noise from the front could be bothersome during the day.

reluctant departure

Sandy and Cathy were incredible hosts who made us feel like family, even celebrating our daughter's engagement with us! We loved unwinding in the beautiful garden and enjoying endless cups of tea on the patio. The only downside? I didn't want to leave 😅, so be sure to stay longer than you planned!

Solo traveler paradise

Staying here was like a breath of fresh air after a long journey. The hosts were super friendly always ready for a chat and they made one of the best breakfasts I've ever had, made my mornings!

It wasn't exactly a bargain but definitely worth it.
